Ceres Partnership for Healthy Children (CPHC) is a community organization using Center for Human Services as our non profit fiscal agent.  Established in 1994 by a group of community members concerned with the health of Ceres' children and families. CPHC now operates a comprehensive Family Resource Center and Ceres Farmers Market.

Vision and Purpose

We have a vision of improved health and quality of life for children and families. We desire to see our children well, safe, educated, and prepared to live responsibly and with sufficiency in today’s society.
